This picture shows Charlotte's outfit which is a casual everyday outfit of black leggings and a jumper. This makes the film seem more realistic as she is only moving into a house so doesn't need to wear anything fancy.
This picture shows Kieran's outfit which is a very dark and creepy outfit. He is dressed all in black. This is effective because it will make the audience think that he isn't normal and he is up to something as stereotypically its only the bad guys that wears those types of clothes on a daily basis. E.g. robbers and somebody that overall just doesn't want to be seen.
