Rings trailer analysis

The trailer begins with a close up of a TV screen which a young girl runs up to and unplugs all the wires from it and screams "your not real". A video clip is then shown of a little girl  in a long white gown which is dirty walking towards the screen with her head down. Just as the little girl gets closer the young girl manages to pull the screen of the wall and it lands on the floor which causes the screen to go black. But then the screen flashes back on and black ink begins to come out of it which causes the young girl to gasp and step back . The young woman falls to the ground and then a hand pops out of the TV trying to grab her. The camera cuts to a close up of a young man talking about a video which is sent from someone that is unknown. The man then goes on to say that that the video "kills you 7 days after you've watched it. It then cuts to the video he is talking about and it seems very disturbing. The young man goes on to list the things that happen after you watch it. The first is that the phone rings and a little girls voice says 7 days and the camera sows a young girl answer which leads the phone to burn her hand which is shown by a close up being used. The scene ends and the next one starts with a creepy voice whispering "day 7" at a fast pace which is non-diegetic as only the audience can hear. The scene shows a medium shot of a man who says "you want to know about the story of the girl in the well" and that the burn mark on the girls hand means rebirth. The scene then changes to the young girl in the shower and she is peeling the skin of her hand with the burn on whih she then begins to gag on something which no one knows what until she begins to pull out a long stretch of dark hair. Then on day 3 the young woman is looking in the mirror and notices a mark on the top of her lip and the little girl from the well is standing behind her but when she turns back around she is no longer there. But then all of a sudden two hands wrap around her head and pull. The screen then comes up with day 4 and then day 7 and this shows a range of things happening to people at a fast pace. These include an air plane crashing, someones mum slowly dying, a girl wakes up with her hands stuck together.
